鼎丰主产乳腐、酱油、食醋、酱类、调料等酿造制品,都以鼎丰牌为注册商标。年产酱油近2万吨,占上海产量总和的三分之一,乳腐2千吨,是全国大型乳腐生产企业之一,鼎丰酿造制品,现有100多个规格品种,荟萃瓶、袋粗放型与礼盒精致型组合的花色包装。
