上海鼎丰酿造食品有限公司，是始创于1864年的中华老字号企业。是全国供销合作总社的先进集体与百强工业企业，荣获1994-95年度上海市优秀企业，蝉联1993-94年度、95-96年度、97-98年度、99-2000年度上海市文明单位。

鼎丰主产乳腐、酱油、食醋、酱类、调料等酿造制品，都以鼎丰牌为注册商标。年产酱油近2万吨，占上海产量总和的三分之一，乳腐2千吨，是全国大型乳腐生产企业之一，鼎丰酿造制品，现有100多个规格品种，荟萃瓶、袋粗放型与礼盒精致型组合的花色包装。
